How do I choose a size?
Measure your natural waist over the clothing you plan to wear. Use the waist measurement table on the product page. Choose the matching range and adjust the closure comfortably; do not overtighten.
What are the belts made of?
The collection uses glossy patent-finish PU faux leather, polyester lining and silver-tone metal hardware. These are fashion waist accessories, not medical or corrective garments.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Overseas territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses and PO Boxes are excluded.
What does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Free standard shipping to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days, not a delivery guarantee.
How does the cutoff work?
The cutoff is 7:00 PM at fixed UTC−06:00 year-round. Before-cutoff weekday orders begin handling that day; after-cutoff, weekend and U.S. federal holiday orders begin the next business day. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
Can I return an item?
Request a return within 30 days of receipt by emailing us with your order number and reason. Ordinary returns must be unused, in original condition and packaging with accessories. Brief size-check try-on is allowed without wear marks, stains or damage.
Who pays return shipping?
We cover return shipping for our errors and damaged or defective items. For a change of mind, the customer pays. No restocking fee applies. Defect and incorrect-item requests are handled separately from ordinary unused-condition rules.
When is a refund issued?
After approval, funds will automatically return to the original payment account within 10 days.
How do I care for patent PU?
Wipe gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry in shade. Do not machine-wash, iron or use solvents. Avoid heat and prolonged contact with other coated surfaces. Check your product page for closure- and color-specific guidance.
How do I know my payment or order is confirmed?
