A considered purchase deserves clear return terms.
30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Contact [email protected] with your order number and reason before sending a return. We will provide authorization and return instructions.
Ordinary return condition
For change-of-mind returns, the item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging, with included accessories. Briefly trying it on to check size is permitted, provided there are no wear marks, stains or damage.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. Ordinary unused-condition requirements do not prevent a request concerning a defect or our error. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate return and refund handling.
Return shipping and fees
We pay return shipping when the return is due to our error, damage or a defect. You pay return shipping when returning because you changed your mind. There is no restocking fee.

Refunds
